This policy is issued by Lumyn AI Ltd (trading as MarketFlow AI). It explains how you can cancel a subscription and when refunds are available.
Merchant of Record
International (USD) orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns for Paddle-processed payments. You can contact Paddle at paddle.net. Ghana (GHS) orders are processed by Paystack on our behalf.
You can also contact Lumyn AI Ltd at softcode25@gmail.com or softcode25@gmail.com.
Payment, tax, and buyer rights for Paddle checkout also follow Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy. Where local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
Trials
New paid plans include a 14-day trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged the plan price until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be billed for the plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time from Dashboard β Billing (including the Paddle Customer Portal for international plans) or by emailing softcode25@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless an immediate cancellation is processed. You keep access until that date. Cancellation stops future charges; it is not by itself a refund of amounts already paid.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back window from the date a paid charge (after any trial) completes. That window is between 14 and 90 days, as required for Paddle sellers. Request a refund within 30 days by:
- Using the receipt or "Manage subscription" link in your payment confirmation email, or requesting a refund at paddle.net for Paddle (international) payments; or
- Emailing softcode25@gmail.com with your account email and invoice/transaction reference (Paddle or Paystack).
Paddle reviews and processes refunds as Merchant of Record for international orders. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method. Chargebacks should be a last resort β contact us or Paddle first so we can resolve the issue.
