MarketFlow AI respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with your account, including data obtained through Facebook/Instagram (Meta) integrations.
Option 1: Delete via your account (recommended)
- Log in to your MarketFlow AI account at marketflow-ai.com
- Go to Settings in the dashboard
- Scroll to Account or contact support to request full account deletion
- Confirm deletion when prompted
When you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain certain records for legal, security, or billing purposes.
Option 2: Email deletion request
If you cannot access your account, send an email to privacy@marketflow.ai with:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- The email address associated with your MarketFlow AI account
- Your full name and company name (if applicable)
- A brief statement that you wish to delete your account and personal data
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. We will respond within 30 days and confirm when deletion is complete.
Facebook / Instagram (Meta) data
If you connected Facebook or Instagram through MarketFlow AI:
- Disconnect your Meta accounts in Settings → Integrations before or as part of deletion
- Deleting your MarketFlow AI account removes Meta access tokens and associated page/account data stored on our servers
- Content already published to Facebook or Instagram remains on those platforms; delete it directly on Meta if needed
- You can also remove the MarketFlow AI app from your Facebook account under Facebook Settings → Business Integrations

What we delete
Upon a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize:
- Account profile (name, email, company details)
- Authentication credentials and session data
- Contacts, leads, CRM records, and campaign data you stored in the platform
- Scheduled posts, drafts, and social planner content
- Connected social account tokens and integration metadata
- AI generation history linked to your account
What we may retain
We may retain limited information when required by law or for legitimate purposes, such as:
- Billing and transaction records (as required for tax and accounting)
- Security logs and fraud-prevention records (for a limited period)
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
Data deletion status
After we process your request, we will send a confirmation email to the address on file. If you submitted a request via Meta's platform, we will provide deletion status through the callback mechanism required by Meta where applicable.
